Set up Single Sign-On with Salesforce
Overview
Salesforce has excellent integration with both OpenID and SAML identity providers. To use SSO, customers are typically required to create a custom domain in Salesforce (e.g., customer.my.salesforce.com) and configure either an OpenID or SAML identity provider.
Step 1 - Configure Single Sign-On in Salesforce
Please follow the detailed instructions on the Salesforce website to set up Single Sign-On for your Salesforce Orgs.
Step 2 - Associate your Salesforce custom domain with your Skedulo team.
Once SSO has been configured in Salesforce please Submit a request with Skedulo Support to associate your custom Salesforce domain with your Skedulo environment. If your organization is currently going through onboarding please contact your implementation team for additional support.
